Availability
Whitehall House & Gardens is available for rental 7 days a week by reservation on a first-come, first-served basis for the following days and times:

• Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Rental Tours
Rentals tours are conducted by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Please call (502) 897-2944 to schedule your personal tour.

Caterers
Our pre-approved caterers are available to assist you with food, beverage and wait staff service, as well as tables, chairs, tents and other items you may need to make your event complete. 

Rental Items
All rental items, including dishware, glassware and tents, must be arranged through Reliable Rentals, the exclusive provider of all rental items at Whitehall House & Gardens.

Security
Security personnel is required for any and all events at Whitehall House & Gardens.  The number of required personnel is at the discretion of Whitehall management and is determined by the type, size and time of your event.  Security service is coordinated exclusively through Whitehall management.

Valet Parking
Valet Parking must be arranged through Denny's Valet Parking Service for all events with 100 or more guests.

Bar Service
Whitehall House & Gardens permits full beverage alcohol service through the licensed caterer or bartending service subject to Whitehall approval. 

Terms & Conditions
At Whitehall House & Gardens, we warmly welcome you and your guests for your special event.  As good stewards of this historic home, however, we want to clearly state the terms and conditions for using the mansion, gardens and grounds to help ensure that all parties are aware of how they can fully enjoy our facilities while respecting the unique and historic nature of the Whitehall property.  We thank you in advance for your support and understanding. 

• NO SMOKING inside the mansion.  This is strictly enforced given the historic nature of the mansion and the number of irreplaceable antique furniture and items it houses.  Guests are welcome, however, to smoke on the outside porches or on the grounds. 
• All guests must have vacated the premises by 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and by 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday.
• Any outside music must cease after 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
• Music performed or played on the grounds may not be heavily amplified.  Security will have the authority to lower volume and shut music off if considered too loud.  No DJ set ups allowed outside.
• No kegs of beer are allowed at the event.
• Bar service must shut down at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and by 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
• Valet parking is required for events with 100 or more guests.
• Caterer must be selected from pre-approved list provided by Whitehall.
• Birdseed may only be tossed in the forecourt and entry circle outside the mansion.

Decorations inside the mansion are subject to approval and may not include the use of nails, tacks, screws, tape, adhesives or other damage producing fasteners.  No decorations or other material may be attached to light fixtures.  Candles must be enclosed by glass.
