Within the city limits of Louisville, located in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood, sits a unique facility on an 18 acre tract of land available for all types of rentals: weddings, receptions, parties, and business functions. Farmington's wedding package includes: the use of the Carriage House, the historic Anne Bruce Haldeman garden, and several acres that can be utilized for large tents. The Carriage House facility is a two story building that accommodates 64 people seated or 100 standing throughout the building.

From mid April through October the gardens and grounds are included in the rental package. Tents may be set up on the property to accommodate up to 300 people. Enjoy trees and blooming flowers throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Farmington's rental package also includes 15-6 foot tables and 64 folding chairs.
